Many of our Tenants will only rent properties managed by us because of our experience and how good we are at listening. Our properties and Landlords are chosen with care, and we do our utmost to ensure you and the flat or house you rent are looked after in the best possible way.
We’ll chat with you before showing you around the property so we know what you’re looking for and where you’d prefer to be. We are a genuinely independent Letting Agent and aim to give you the best advice based on your circumstances.
Before the start of your tenancy, we’ll take a holding payment of one week’s rent + VAT to ‘reserve’ the property.
One of the benefits of dealing with a trusted Agent is access to our network of local contractors. If any issue arises, from attending to a dripping tap to fixing a faulty boiler, get in touch, and we will swiftly get one of our contractors onto it.
Depending on the level of service agreed with your Landlord, we can also liaise with them on a range of other issues, from neighbourly disputes about where you park your vehicle to requests to have satellite television installed.
