We have three levels of service and charge a fee to Landlords depending on the level of service we provide, be it our Tenant Find Only, Rent Collection or Full Management. However, as every letting experience differs, we can also create a tailored package for you.
All our professional services include sound advice from our trusted Lettings team to help you navigate the complexities of residential lettings. We can tell you how often you need to get something done, the number of smoke alarms you require, what to do if the Tenant cannot pay their rent, and more.
Our fees include VAT.
Your tenants will be accompanied on viewings and screened by our Lettings team. We charge a small Referencing Fee to obtain credit checks and references from employers and previous Landlords. You’ll receive advice on Landlord responsibilities, refurbishment and compliance with legislation.
We will market your property on online portals Rightmove and Zoopla, using tools such as professional photography and video tours to promote its features and facilities and make it stand out from your competition.
We aim to get the best Tenant for your property, not just any Tenant, and screen every person carefully to ensure they are right for you. But there are many variables in every situation. When the unexpected happens, such as a reliable tenant going in to arrears or your boiler breaking down, we can sort it out quickly.
