Expertise and experience count – James heads up our lettings team and has over 15 years’ experience specifically in the residential lettings industry.  Scott makes up the other half of the team and has been with Brook for 18 years, for 12 of these, he’s specialised in lettings.

You’re protected – As ARLA Propertymark licensed Agents we adhere to the NFoPP Conduct and Membership Rules and Disciplinary Procedures.  We also belong to an independent redress scheme and have client money protection so you can be sure that your property is safe with us.  James and Scott are both personal members of ARLA, meaning that they have extensive technical knowledge and are up to date with all of the latest legislation changes.
